Kooler Ice was founded in 2007. In June of 2006, after seeing several ice vending machines out in the market, we began laying out plans for a new ice vending machine. We believed there was a simpler, more efficient way to bring ice to consumers than the new larger ice houses.
We envisioned a machine that was less expensive, compact, efficient and productive. We also believed that by keeping the unit small, it could replace the current ice storage boxes that consumers traditionally purchased ice from at retail outlets across the country. Our design criteria were straightforward - make it reliable, efficient, productive and easy to service and maintain. Our design provides users with the advantages of fresh ice from a vending machine with the convenience of purchasing ice at retail stores along with other items.  |
